   My experience at Ketahub has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the intimate and genuinely caring staff to the top-of-the-line equipment and facilities, I could not have asked for a safer and more welcoming environment.

   The facilities are a lot more similar to a cozy living room than a sterile medical setting, which I felt was important for my comfort. Also, the security of having an EMT/Paramedic in the room with me was essential in giving me peace of mind. I knew I was being taken care of even in the deepest moments of my infusions. Everyone working there is intuitive and understands the importance of maintaining a safe setting with their gentle demeanor and compassionate ears.

   I started a series of six infusions to deal with my anxiety and depression. I began with the mindset that I was to get rid of these feelings; however, the transformation that occurred was one I did not expect. Instead of getting rid of my anxiety and depression, there was a complete switch in my perspective that made me THANKFUL for being able to experience these emotions. I’ve come to recognize those emotions as signals from my body which allows me to move to positive action instead of wallowing. Embracing self-acceptance and acknowledging things beyond my control, I’ve rekindled a connection to my authentic self and purpose. The availability of this treatment, particularly at the Ketahub, has left me profoundly grateful.

   I can’t say enough how easy it is to work with Ketahub. They quickly respond to any questions I may have, when we were traveling they worked with me to adjust my prescription to meet my timeframes. Communication is excellent.

   Have had nothing but positive experiences in the 3 months I’ve been dealing with them. Every person I’ve spoken with has been kind, personable and seem to genuinely enjoy their job or can at least fake it well, haha. I’ve never had any hold time or had to deal with being bounced around from person to person. All of my phone calls have been short, sweet, enjoyable and to the point, which is exactly what I’d prefer. 10/10!!!

   Ketahub provides a comfortable, soothing space with a team of knowledgeable and compassionate professionals. Their ketamine treatments have been life-changing for me. In my experience, the treatments have been more effective than SSRIs, with results that I felt surprisingly quickly.    Customer service is superb! They are very attentive and accommodating. I was a little iffy at first but then I called and spoke to a representative who guided me through the steps and assured me that she’s going to call me to follow up. The whole process took 3 day in total, from application to delivery. I’m blown away by the professionalism. This is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in all my years of online shopping. I’m fulfilled!

   Ketahub saved my life.

   The staff is professional, genuine, attentive, and kind. I no longer have suicidal ideation, flashbacks or nightmares. I don’t think I’ll ever exactly be “cured” of depression, ptsd or severe social anxiety. I will always have to make sure to move my body, eat right, sleep well, journal, make art and manage stressors. Ketamine therapy is making it easier to do all the things I need to do in order to stay well.

   Also – I waited quite a while after my last infusion to write this review. This wasn’t written during the afterglow of an infusion, if there is such a thing.

   My sincere thanks to you all.

    I have been getting IV ketamine treatment here for a little while now and it was really helped out my my mental health and chronic illness. The staff here is so so kind and supportive. They are very accommodating to all of my needs and constantly available for questions. This was my first time trying any treatment of this kind and I have nothing but good things to say and can highly recommend going and getting a consult to anyone who is considering.

    Ketahub has an excellent staff who really understands the process and is so welcoming and kind. I’ve been on antidepressant medication for 20 years and found myself unresponsive, but after going through ketamine infusions a new life has sprung up within me. My gusto and will to live is back and I’m so thankful for the crew at ketahub and chance to do this therapy. Highly recommend.

    Great Service and response time. Hold times are atrocious, though. Over 15 mins every time, regardless of day/time I called. Pretty ridiculous! I would definitely recommend them, regardless! Everything else was great!

    Very caring so relaxing and they listen, I will keep an open mind to this treatment, I actually slept, my mind was not going 900 miles an hour praying this will lift my sadness and hoping I can get back into my craft room
    I have completed 4 treatments now 2 more to go, but I tell you what I feel 100 times better I do not feel depressed, I’m not edging I have no anxiety I can process my emotions better than I was , I can’t wait to see how the long term effects come about, and all the staff are awesome folks

    First off, I would like to say how amazing the staff is here at Ketahub. They were extremely attentive, understanding, and kind. Everyone that I interacted with was wonderful, and I am very grateful for this experience. A little background of my history and why I ended up pursuing this treatment and my thoughts on it. I am a 28-year-old combat veteran and a recovering alcoholic with a little over two years of sobriety. I am very religious and although I take my spiritual life very seriously, I was waking up in the morning shaking with anxiety and overwhelmed with intense despair and depression. The feelings and internal turmoil were reaching the point where I was in a dire situation that I felt I could no longer continue in that state without some sort of immediate relief. I was trapped within my own mind in an endless loop of chatter that was absolutely debilitating. As an alcoholic my goal was to not put any mood- or mind-altering substances in my body, so initially I redoubled my efforts in my recovery program which did help get me to a place of more stability. I also delved deeper into my faith and that also helped get me to a better position. I think this is an important thing to note in my experience. Even with these things working in my life to gain gradual improvement, I was still living daily in abject misery. And reading about ketamine therapy online and its effectiveness against treatment resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD, I decided to lay my prejudice aside and pursue this avenue. I also had positive experiences with psychedelics in my teenage and early twenties, and knew they had some benefit. I want to stress how important laying the groundwork prior to, during, and after the treatment was to me. I believe I got much more out of the experience because of that factor. Ketamine is difficult to describe, and may be impossible for me to really articulate. The sessions seemed to vary in intensity and experience, almost independent of dose, based on the state of being I was in on arrival to the clinic. Some were blissful and serene; others were unbelievably intense. The positivity and the understanding of the staff made a huge impact on the experience as well, I felt as though they were with me on my journey, each step of the way. The difference this treatment has made in my life has been significant and worth the investment in my opinion. Some of the biggest changes I noticed were that the internal monologue slowed enough to think clearly, and I felt an increased sense of peace and relaxation. My mood shifted a great deal, and I was able to come to terms with some deep fears and resentments. I felt more like myself and found that engaging in the world to not be quite the burden it was before. My nervous system, which often feels like its writhing without ceasing, was stilled significantly by the final session. In my opinion, ketamine is a tool, that if used correctly, can act as a springboard toward mental and emotional stability. In my case I do not believe that the experience itself is a cure all. But, is tremendously helpful in getting to the place inside that I was striving for. I would say that keeping an open mind, believing that you can get well, and that this treatment will help is fundamental. I wish you the best on your journey to wellness.
